Now in its second year, Bupa B Table invites startups and small businesses to partner with us to tackle key customer challenges. The focus of this year’s challenge is aged care.
Successful applicants will be invited to participate in a two-part business accelerator programme, where they will be challenged to develop products and services that could shape our customer experience in the future. In return, participants will receive mentoring from our leaders, advice from our experts, and have access to office space to develop their ideas.
Our objective is to run successful pilots with startups that could lead to potential commercial opportunities.
Applications for the 2018 programme close on 18 April.
Bupa’s purpose is helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives.

We have 15.5 million health insurance customers, provide healthcare to around 14.5 million people in our clinics and hospitals, and look after over 23,300 aged care residents.
We employ over 78,000 people, principally in the UK, Australia, Spain, Poland, Chile, New Zealand, Hong Kong, the USA, Brazil, the Middle East and Ireland, and many more through our associate businesses in Saudi Arabia and India.
Health insurance is around 70% of our business. In a number of countries, we also run clinics, dental centres, hospitals and care homes and villages.
